Membership Agreement

As used herein, subscriber shall be referred to as "Subscriber" or "you" and club-xxx.net as "club-xxx.net" or "we." This Agreement will take effect when a user ID and password is issued to Subscriber by club-xxx.net. 4.Modification of the Site

5.Membership Fees

9.Computer System Requirements

You are responsible for providing all personal computer and telecommunications equipment and Internet access necessary to gain access to the website and Services. In the event that you are not able to fully utilize the Service (i.e. due to difficulty downloading images etc.), and said failure is the result of poor performance of your computer system or Internet Service Provider, you shall not be entitled to any refunds of any amounts paid for the Service.

10.User ID and Password

11.Information Accuracy

Upon request, you will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the Service.

12.Your Conduct and Use of the Site

13.Copyright

15.Prohibited Content

You shall not post, publish, or upload, the following content on the web server or the file server prepared by club-xxx.net, using the file upload form on the club-xxx.net website.
(1)Child pornography, likely, or recognized content.
(2)Uncopyrighted content.
(3)Content which does not have agreement, consent, or permission of every person (regardless of gender) appears in, or likely content.
(4)Content produced by illegal acts, or inhumane content.
(5)Content which is defamatory or violates privacy, public credibility, image right, publicity right, copyright, other intellectual property rights or other rights of another person, or likely content. (Including all those established and granted by laws and precedents.)
(6)Animal abuse content, or likely content.

16.Rights to the Content on the Site and Inappropriate Content

You agree to cooperate with club-xxx.net in asserting available defenses.

19.Copyright

Communications from You to the Company may be made by e-mail.

22.MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and club-xxx.net regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings. This Agreement may be amended without notifying Subscribers by club-xxx.net. In this case, Subscribers must check this Agreement for using the Service, since the use of the Service will be effect, based on the amended Agreement. All changes are effective when posted on this web site. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive until its terminations. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the domicile of club-xxx.net without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the courts hearing the matter.
