Q1-1Unable to see enlarged image.
There is a case that enlarged image cannot to see when cookie is turned off on your browser (such as Internet Explore).
Or it might be blocked by your security software.
Please select "Internet Option" from "Tool" of your browser and confirm your security level is medium, or confirm whether you allow cookie at "Privacy". Also please check pop-up block or ad block with your security software or browser.
Q1-2Unable to see video.
It depends on your PC environment with regard to browse videos.
When you click title or thumbnail, Media Player will be launch and start the video.
Depending on the type of video, there is a case you need to install codec. If so, please install codec.

Q1-3Why there is unavailable video/image even clicking title or thumbnail?
Please note that the contributor might deleted it.
Q1-4What image/video is prohibited for posting?
We strongly prohibit unauthorized image/video from other website.
Also, image/video of minor, abuse, child pornography, violence, rape, spy cam are prohibited.
Please note that when you post above content, we will delete it without notice.
Q1-5Is there capacity limit for posting video?
Uploadable videos are wmv, avi, mp4, mpg, and mov format file up to file size of 500M.

Please enter your registered email address in the form and click "Submit". URL of reset password form will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. Please use the form to reset your password.
When you fill in, please enter alphanumeric single-byte. It cannot be sent if it's included two-byte character or space.
If you don't receive email, please check again your email address. When you don't receive it even with correct one, please contact out support.

Your recurring payment might be failed by some reason. For Contributor, it might be the state that your posts are under prescribed number.

Sign Up/Unsubscribe

Q3-1How long is the minimum usage period?
It depends on membership plan you signed up.
Minimum usage period will be 30 days from signed up date for 30 days membership, 90 days for 90 days membership, 180 days for 180 days membership and so on.
Q3-2When click "Proceed to pay", an error is displayed. So cannot sing up.
Please fill in all required field. Also, please enter your user ID and password with alphanumeric single-byte.
When you fill in, please note that Japanese mode, two-byte character, Kanji, space, hyphen (-), underscore (_), or any mark cannot be registered.
When you see error message even you've entered correctly, please contact our support with error message and session ID. Or your desired ID might be used already. If so, please use choose another user ID.

Q3-3Do not receive an email after signing up.
Automatic reply of payment completion might be taken sometime, please wait for a while.
If you succeeded payment, you can login with your registered user ID/password even before you receive the email. Also, email from settlement company might be dealt as a spam.
Please check your inbox once again.
If you don't receive it within 24 hours, your email registered at the time of sign up might be incorrect. Please contact our support once.

Q3-4How to confirm my unsubscription completion?
"Member Category" of MyPage, Member Category: "Unsubscribed" means you have completed unsubscription. If it have not changed, please contact our support.

Q3-5Tell me how to unsubscribe and its timing.
We apply automatic recurring. Membership will be renewed unless you unsubscribe.
If you wish to unsubscribe, please proceed to unsubscription 2 days prior to your member expiration.
Please enter your registered info in unsubscription form and click "Unsubscribe".
When your unsubscription processed, an email notifying completion of unsubscription will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
You can enjoy our website until membership expiration even after unsubscription.

Credit card cannot be changed on our website in relation to settlement.

Q4-4What's the difference between international delivery and international line use?
International delivery means that server is placed oversea, but you access through normal internet So no additional fee will be charged, only membership fee.
On the other hand, international line use is a system which charge by connection time. Without your notice, your line will replace to fee-based line or international line and additional line use will be charge.
Q4-5Why fee is $? Charge will be made by $ as well?
Our website delivers globally. For the convenience of our customers, we apply globally used US$.
Although charge from settlement company will be US$, debiting will be currency of your credit card company.

Debit date for membership fee will be vary depending on your credit card company.
We apply automatic recurring. Membership will be renew unless you unsubscribe.
For timing of recurring, it will be performed on the date of membership expiration.
When you wish to unsubscribe, please proceed to unsubscription 2 days prior to your member expiration.
Q4-7What description will be on my credit card statement?
Billing names are
One of above billing name will be described on your credit card statement.
No description such as CLUB-XXX or adult website will be on your statement.

It is a membership only for purchasing Sales Product.
Product other than Sales Product is unavailable for Free Member.
Q8-2Registration of Free Member will be charged?
No. Registration fee and subscription fee will not be charged at all.
However, you will need to make payment when purchasing Sales Product.
Q8-3I'd like to become a Subscription Member with Free Member's Info.
You can become a Subscription Member with information of Free Member's info from registration form in MyPage.
Q8-4Can Free Member post/sell own Product?
Sorry but no. Free Member is only for purchasing Sales Product.
If you wish to post/sell own Product, please register as a Temporary Contributor.
Changing your status from Free Member to Temporary Contributor is also available.

You can delete it from the link "Delete Account" in MyPage.
When you deleted your account, all information such as purchase history will be deleted.

Is it Product(s) Seller puts price and sells.
You will need to go through purchase procedure in order to view/download Sales Product.
Q9-2What payment method is available?
Sales Product can be purchased with credit card or BBCoin.
Q9-3How long purchased product can be viewed?
Although there is no time limit, streaming playback and download will be unavailable when Seller deleted the Product.
We recommend to download it ahead of time after your purchase.
Q9-4Don't know how to unzip file.
You might need to use unzip software for zipped Product.

Q9-5Will I be charged another fee other than Sales Product?
Please rest assured that there will be no other fee other than Sales Product.
For Subscription Member, subscription fee will be charged other than Sales Product purchase.

Please note that return of Purchased Product is unavailable.
